Our team members work together to service one group of clients. Each team is directed by one team leader who is a senior member of management and, in many cases, a principal of the firm. As owners, our team leaders have a personal, vested interest in the success of our practice and our organization. They have the flexibility to balance their team's priorities and ensure that deadlines are met. Each of our teams consists of specialized roles staffed by people whose skill sets and experience match the requirements of the job. Although the team functions as a whole, each member plays a distinct and critical role.
