Workplace Giving
Mesirow Financial's long-standing workplace giving program provides employees the opportunity to make automatic payroll-deducted contributions to any number of designated charitable organizations. Participating employees are rewarded with an additional vacation day.
Through this program, we not only make an added financial impact on the community, but we also effectively solicit employee engagement in an effort that reflects one of our firm's fundamental core values.
With wide participation across the firm, Mesirow Financial contributed more than $69,000 in fiscal year 2012 to further the causes of education, community development and healthcare.
