- Provided interim management services in connection with restructurings and workouts
- Previously served in a number of financial officer positions with a high-tech manufacturer of components for the semiconductor industry
- Performed numerous operational improvement engagements for companies seeking to improve profitability as well as operational improvement programs as part of the overall restructuring
- Representative engagement includes retention by major domestic airline to identify and implement over $1 billion cost reduction program in flight operations, customer service and maintenance departments
