Valuation Services
- Extensive experience in the valuation of business equity, partnership interests, intangible assets, preferred stock and other corporate assets and liabilities for clients with valuation issues related to acquisitions/divestitures, joint ventures, IPOs, shareholder disputes, tax planning, financial reporting and strategic planning

- Served as a the national segment leader of Standard & Poor's Corporate Value Consulting's industry initiative for consumer products (consumer durables and non-durables, leisure products and luxury goods)
- Corporate experience through a chief financial officer role for a telecommunications business unit, which included preparing business plans and navigating the IPO process
- Instructor for the Certification in Distressed Business Valuation program for the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors and presented expertise on various valuation topics for the American Bar Association and the Business Valuation Association
