- Served as financial advisor to a media concern for covenant compliance reporting, and as financial advisor to the board of directors for a commercial printer in its evaluation of strategic alternatives
- Served as financial advisor and interim management support for a commercial printing company in its evaluation and management of cash flow as well as lender relations
- Served as financial advisor and interim management to various healthcare concerns in developing and implementing financial and operational improvement strategies, including negotiations with letter of credit banks and bondholders
Litigation, Investigative and Intelligence Services
- Litigation support experience includes advising Kmart Creditors Trust in its pursuit to recover amounts from various former executives, advising a constituency in a large energy services company to determine solvency at various points in time and advising in a solvency matter for an international drug store chain
- Previously held a position at KeyBanc Capital Markets leading portfolio sales of distressed assets and traded both par and distressed bank debt positions; experience also includes mergers & acquisitions as well as restructuring services with KeyCorp's investment bank division
- Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA)
