• Extensive experience in bank and financial institution acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, technology mergers and acquisitions, construction and energy (including oil and gas)

Anti-Corruption and Global Risk

• Over 25 years of experience investigating suspected domestic and international corruption, undertaking complex threat and risk assessments concerning infrastructure protection, and investigating asset transfers and concealments. Researched and developed Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and Anti-Money Laundering detection algorithms and compliance/monitoring programs. Extensive experience in developing FCPA due diligence protocols in international mergers and acquisitions
• Developed cultural preparedness programs for the federal government, the US military and the private sector with an emphasis on activity in North Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and the Subcontinent
