• Provided restructuring services to organizations in transition while serving as chief financial officer/treasurer
• Relevant experience includes: interim management of under-performing companies, stabilizing crisis situations, restructuring of operations; restructuring of corporate indebtedness; developing and negotiating plans of reorganization; analysis of operations and business plans, preparation of operating budgets, cash flow projections and long-term strategic plans; preparation of going concern analyses and development of liquidation valuations; and studies of operational efficiencies and supervising the design and implementation of enhanced systems and processes
• Transaction experience includes assistance with the sale and acquisition of businesses, due diligence reviews on behalf of potential acquirers and negotiation of purchase price

• Assistance with the marketing of businesses for sale, including development of offering memoranda and identification and solicitation of potential buyers

• Litigation support services, including expert witness testimony, in support of forensic accounting investigations and complex financial analyses

• Served as chief financial officer/treasurer of organizations in transition
• Relevant experience, including: overall responsibility for accounting and financial reporting functions; overall responsibility for treasury function, including cash and investment management; assessment and evaluation of internal controls and implemented recommendations designed to enhance controls and improve operating efficiencies; and design and implementation of general ledger accounting systems and financial management reporting systems
