  • Geography: Create powerful geographic diversification across regions and markets in the United States that exhibit very low correlations
  • Investment Strategy: Target a mix of value-added and opportunistic managers who have the skills and resources to add value at the property level
  • Property type: Access value added and opportunistic fund managers across various real estate property types, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, etc.
  • Property Life Cycle: Gain exposure to both new construction and existing properties
  • Vintage Year: Provide exposure across real estate cycles and valuation environments by making commitments over two to three vintage years
