Areas of Focus: Property and Casualty

• Spearheads business development and client service initiatives for Mesirow Financial's M&A practice by actively soliciting and building relationships, while marketing our services, to private equity firms, nationally
• Responsible for coordinating Property and Casualty due diligence and broking needs for transactions with Employee Benefits, Life, and Private Client services
• Joined Mesirow Financial in 2006 with more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Previously worked as an Assistant Vice President with AIG's Chicago Region, where she managed Management Liability lines for National Account business, including Directors and Officers, Pension Trust Liability and Employment Practices Liability coverages
• Prior to that, Fran managed AIG's Business Development and Marketing for their Commercial and Middle Market segments, across all product lines
• Holds underwriting and marketing roles with domestic and international property and casualty products at ACE, Great American and Westfield Insurance companies
• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
