• Extensive experience with fixed, floating or synthetic debt structures and the technical support necessary to bring a new issue to market
• Previous engagements have included tax increment financing and special service area implementation, economic development strategies, feasibility analysis, escrow or new issue proceeds reinvestment and referendum support advise
