  • Consulted with the City of Chicago to provide stand-alone public/private agency dedicated to the planning of a light rail system
  • Developed and managed a public / private venture to acquire, plan, develop infrastructure, and dispose of developed land parcels in the repositioning of a 1,100-acre closed military base into a mixed-use, master planned project
