We work with a wide range of industrial, office and retail properties, owned by companies that meet the following criteria:

• Publicly held companies rated B or better by Standard & Poor's or Moody's
• Private companies that can be underwritten to the equivalent of NAIC 4 or better
• Owners of real estate valued at $5 million or more
• Shareholders' equity of $100 million or more

We also work with companies interested in balance sheet engineering, as well as those that want lease terms of 10-25 years while keeping control over the asset.
