Barbara Arquilla is Senior Vice President of Client Services in Mesirow Executive Benefit Services. She is responsible for managing the daily operations of the client service team. She focuses on plan participant communication and system integration for the group’s proprietary system for nonqualified benefit plan daily valuation.

Barbara has 36 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Mesirow in 2007, she was a Senior Client Account Manager at the Giles Organization. Before that, she served as a Senior Underwriter at a major multi-national bank.
