Nancy Gonzales is the managing director and head of Mesirow Financial's Marketing and Corporate Communications group. She oversees the teams responsible for strategic business marketing, confirming that channel marketing efforts are directly tied to business objectives. She is also responsible for the tactical marketing execution, including brand management, digital and campaign marketing, collateral development and targeted advertising and events. In addition, Nancy heads up the Creative Services and RFP units, as well as the corporate communication team, ensuring the consistency of brand and messaging for the firm.
Nancy has more than 30 years of experience marketing within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Mesirow Financial in 2013, she was the Head of Marketing Operations and Creative Services at UBS Global Asset Management. In that capacity, she also served as brand officer for North America.
Nancy is actively involved in civic organizations, including being a Big Sister in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Organization of America. She is a mentor in Mentiuum, an organization that specializes in coaching and supporting corporate talent.
Nancy earned her BS in management from DePaul University and earned her Claritas certification, issued by the CFA Institute.
