Nathan Moeri is a Managing Director in Mesirow’s Investment Banking group. He is responsible for developing key relationships, leading deal teams throughout the transaction process and providing advisory services on middle-market M&A assignments within the industrial technology and diversified industrials sectors.

Nathan has nearly 15 years of investment banking and valuation experience in a wide range of industries including industrial technology and diversified manufacturing, among others. Prior to joining Mesirow Financial in 2014, Nathan was an associate in the industrials group at Robert W. Baird, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions advisory. Before that, he worked at Deutsche Bank Securities and The Northern Trust Company. He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.

In 2016, Nathan was named a winner of The M&A Advisor's 7th annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards in the Dealmaker category.

Nathan earned a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
