Joe Perozzi is a Vice President in Mesirow Investment Banking. He is responsible for leading the day-to-day transaction execution process across a wide range of industries including aerospace and defense, business services, consumer and retail, distribution and supply chain, food, beverage and agribusiness, healthcare, industrials, paper, plastics and packaging and technology, among others.

Prior to joining Mesirow in 2017, Joe served as a Commercial Banking Audit Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, where he evaluated risks and controls impacting the commercial banking business. He was responsible for performing due diligence reviews of the annual stress tests to the Federal Reserve and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency covering commercial banking’s financials. 

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
