New Wealthscape Investor how-to access guide

Once you have established your Mesirow accounts, you will have the opportunity to enroll in Wealthscape Investor, our online portal through National Financial Services, LLC (NFS) that offers you account access 24/7. This step by step instruction guide will provide details on how to access Wealthscape along with steps for first time users. How well is my investment performing?

Right around this time of year, many clients unknowingly mistake the “unrealized gain (loss)” section on their monthly account statement with the actual performance of their investment. This is a relatively common occurrence, so we thought we’d share some information with you about how best to interpret this information on your monthly account statement. The best place to find performance information is always your quarterly performance report.

Encrypted Emails Help Protect Your Privacy

With client confidentiality and safety always top of mind, Mesirow Financial has implemented a new process whereby any email correspondence that contains protected client information will be encrypted via Microsoft Office.

As this is a new email encryption provider, your prior email encryption log-in will no longer be available. Going forward, you will need to take action before an email will be delivered to you, which includes a one-time passcode each time you receive an email. While we understand that this lengthens the process of receiving information, we believe that your safety and privacy protection merits this action.
